We need an email list of US based residential cleaning companies (home cleaners, maid services, residential cleaners). The list should include name of person, company name, email address, city, state.
We would like to start out with 2000 contacts and if your list is good we will purchase more.
We will also do an SMTP check on all email address to make sure they are valid. All invalid emails we will return to you. Basically we will only pay for valid email addresses that include all of the fields we listed above.

first thing is to find the source where the data listed, and this can be done by me, can do, and usually the data is available in yelp, which needs scrapping, i have bidded for 2000 contacts, thank you
