Create a Joomla template to match our site

Our site ([url removed, login to view]) is built using a 3rd party content management system. We'd like to move it to Joomla. That will mean creating a new template and css to match the existing one. Since the site is already built using a template based content management system, this should be pretty simple.
When you are done, the job should look just like our current site. Also, any pages that are currently built statically should b referenced that way in Joomla. All other pages will be built by us from using the template you will have created for us.
