Classic ASP / Javascript and VB communication with Google Calendar

We need two things:
1. a web page that will have button to open Google Oauth and get an offline token for access to Google Calendar and save it in a db. Page must be HTML/classic ASP/Javascript only. No design is necessary.
2. A VB script that will take the access token from the db, validate it and perform event add/delete/modify operations on the calendar.
Just looking for a working code example, we will take it from there.
