Android Application OpenGTS - GTS Enterprise Client

We need an Android Opengts Client application like GPS2OPENGTS-PRO or GPSLogger.
Must have 5 configurable options:
* GTS Server Host.
* User Account.
* ID of the device.
* Reporting interval in seconds.
* Security PIN (4 digits)
It should be available in both English and Spanish depending on the language of the Android smartphone.
The application should be started as a service at boot time.
The application must request a PIN unlock security whenever used, avoiding application stop or uninstall, etc..
Example Apk applications will be provided (GTS2opengts and GPSLogger).
It is appreciated that the programmer has the ability to do this same application for other mobile platforms such as Blackberry / Windows Phone or iPhone in the near future.
NOTE: We have been previously scammed by sakanoalona user. We are not going to send upfront/in-advance payments at all.
