ANDROID - Help me get the Android Emulator running

Hi,

The scope of this project is to help me get the Android emulator running on my Windows machine.

I've downloaded the Android SDK and I have a couple of APK files that I want to test out.

I will share my desktop through Skype and the winning bidder will provide instructions to get the emulator running the APK.
