Development of Application for Website Traffic

Hi,

I have a project to develop a Software in VB.Net or any other better platform which should bring traffic to a defined website. However, the motto is to bring web traffic on website but from specific countries only. I need below feature on application.

a) URL Name - Traffic on which i need to send. (if possible, multiple URLs can be inserted)

b) No. of hits on Website

c) Traffic should come from different/Unique IPs. (Proxies/IPs can be fetched from [url removed, login to view] or any other).

d) Referer Site: Refer site can be like [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc

Request you to reply if you are really sure about the project what needs to be done.
