Create Multiple Flash Games

I am looking for a couple of flash artists who can create dress up games. Dress up games are flash games where you can choose a variety of clothing and accessories to put on a character. Here are some examples of some quality dress up games:

I am looking for an artist or a team who can do the following:

- Design amazing artwork ( i am only looking for the best)

- Be able to integrate the artwork into a flash game like the examples above.
