I need a Website Designed for my new business venture. I want to offer a combination of the following services ALL in a ONE STOP location:

DOMAIN NAME Acquisition for Your Website

DESIGN Your Website

BUILD Your Website

HOST Your Website

MAINTAIN Your Website (webmaster)

SEO for Your Website

I have plenty of space at my current hosting server and I want to generate income from my Hosting Company in the form of the above ideas for a ONE STOP site. I want to start out with a basic site that gets the first customers in contact with me so that I can pay close personal attention to their needs and build a small base of satisfied customers.

In addition, my hosting company has an inadequate but useful site builder in which I can make template type sites for the smallest customers. BUT, I will want to advance to the poinrt where I can offer more sophisticated sites using Flash, shopping carts, Splash openings, etc. Therefore, I am looking to build a relationship with a designer who can supply these future more sophisticated needs. However, since I am currently only teaching part time, cost will be an important factor in these initial stages of development. TY Gene

I have enclosed an .ods file with my first pricing structure. I am hoping that I can come up with a website design that is very easy to understand for the end user yet professional and sophisticated enough to promote a sense of confidence in potential customers.

As a point of clarification to all who are interested in this particular job. I am just starting out and I only want to build the "basics" of the site. We will be able to modify the site to be more sophisticated later as a separate assignment. Therefore,I am looking for those who can build the site at the lower levels($30-$50). And, can build site for my clients in that same price range. Of course, there could be additional money available for the more complex assigments.
