Design my wedding dress

I've been looking online for a wedding dress and cannot find the perfect one. So I've decided to see if you freelancers out there have any ideas I like.
I want a sweetheart dress, but I also want long sleeves that can be removed, the best way to achieve this is a long sleeved bolero. I love lace and butterflies and I want the dress to sparkle. I want a long train no see through parts.
See the picture attached I love the back there so if your idea could incorporate it somehow that would be great.

By the way, the lowest bidder doesn't necessarily when but I will want to see relevant samples of what you can do before creating a milestone or making a deposit etc.
