Adding grouped contacts in VTiger

I have a spreadsheet of around 685 rows that I need entered as vTiger contacts. There are some grouping requirements and some checks and balances to ensure the contacts are added to the right 'accounts' (if they exist) in vTiger. Please note as this is not a complicated project at all it will be price sensitive and referrals/ratings will be checked. You need to have vTiger experience else don't bother. It's not cloud hosted and it's vTiger 5.
