Construction Company Website Design (very small)

I am a web programmer very good at coding, but not so good at the look and feel and image manipulation area. Am looking for someone to help create images, and make recommendations on the creative side of things. Am doing this project for a friend and using it as a playground so the budget is very small, i.e. coming out of my own pocket.

Finding the right person, someone easy to work with, and very compent in this area, will lead to more projects. Desire someone competent in PhotShop or the like and with Flash experience. The site is at www.lhstoutconstruction.com.
