Set up advanced flex-slider in drupal first on mirror- then on production-site

I want you to set up a flex slider first on a mirror-site hosting drupal 7 to replace a current first page leaderboard header, and when I see it working there, to move it to the production-site.

Its slides should have:

-an image-based background (likely 1680x600), but a close color to the background should load such that the image will load last of the whole page as it may be up to .5Mb heavy.

-Area for text on the front that should be easily changeable as content

-In some cases an extra image on top of the first

-In some cases a big button, its text and link configurable

-A good looking smooth (parallaxed?) motion of the text and top image over the background

-An intuitive set of controls for being able to move to next slide if wanted, and if the user interacts with one of the slides, it need to pause.

One of the slides top images will also be a "n"-number of small images of flags with texts and links connected (different amount for different visitors (the geoip logic, I already have)), and since these are different numbers, I need you to make a good div that will display as many as can be fit in around 500x500 px and then hide the overflow ones)

Another of the slides will have a web-form (drupal-run) and if the user starts to fill it out, the slideshow obviously must stop.

It might go without saying, but before moving it to the production site, apart from doing it, also the added modules, blocks, views etc need to be laid out in text so we've now what has happened.

We also have a bunch of the background images, so no need to create them from scratch.

We currently run the site in English and Swedish, why you need to make it using the translation module for Drupal, such that we can have all text translated.
