There are some very talented people bidding on this project, but my concern is how well do you know the Cancun market
before I hire anyone , I need to know that you know what competitors are in Cancun, whether they offer "in house financing" , also the process in how Mexicans obtain credit etc... This isn't a typical 40 page business plan with specific numbers and proforma - this is a prelimary analysis of the market. Please respond.
