Barcode Scanner import utility

I need something built that will allow users to scan a barcode via their webcam or isight cam and then pull in all the data from Amazon including pic so we can add that data into our db.

for use in a social network

Database is MySQL 5.2, OS is Centros,

Here are a few sites that should give you an idea of what we want to do - they dont work for some reason so thats why we need someone to dev them for us.
