Article Writing - Current Events re: US Companies and Stock Market

We have several websites focused on the US stock market and US business. We want to expand our content offerings.
Our articles are generally 250 - 300 words although shorter or longer is OK if the story calls for it. Most of our content is current news, so the task would be to prepare one or more articles per day (If you have a staff or sub-contractors, more would be great). The timing would be to deliver articles by 3 - 4 AM to 2 – 3 PM Eastern Time and we would edit and publish before the US stock markets open.
In the budget section below I've put in some numbers because I had to put something or the project wouldn’t post. As an ongoing project obviously things will be a little more complicated, so obviously negotiations will be required.
