booking system by MS access 2000

This is a Travel booking system builded by MS Access 2000. we are going to use this system to help our customer to book Flight, Transport, Tour and Hotel. These four services are all provided by different suppliers.

we expect to use form to manage adding, editing, deleting in all services and bookings.

we also expect the system to generate several reports.

1. Intinerary: a report that show all the booking details of a specific customer

2. Costing: To show all the supplier prices and retail prices of all services that a specific customer has book.

3. booking advise: To show all the booked services related to a specific supplier. the purpose is to let the supplier knows we are going to book the services from them

4. payment advise: After the supplier confirm us that they can provide the service for us, we need to pay a total amount of all the service list in the booking advise. So this report is to show the payment details for a specific supplier.

5. receipt: a receipt for the customer

6. voucher: The customer can bring the voucher to supplier so that the supplier can provide the service to the customer

7. monthly report: To show all the booking details for a specific month.

Actually, we have already started to build the system and some functions are completed. I hope it help to let you have more understanding on that system and easier for you to code.
