Chatty Online

I would like a chat-website designed with a simple interface with the following concept:

Sort of like Omegle, but when you go to the front page you will have to fill out a simple form with the following information:

- Name (optional)

- Age (required)

- Sex (required)

- Location (required)

In location field, I want two fields next to eachother, city and country. The country field should be standarized.

And another form where you specify who you want to chat with with the following fields:

- Age

- Sex

- Location

And then match the two together and show all the people that is available for chat, and you can click on them and start a chat with them.

And also a waiting screen if there are no match instantely.

On front page I want discreet adsense ads and on the waiting screen I'd like adsense ads more visible, but not annoying for the waiter.

And also a sound informing both parts that they've started a chat.

So that's my idea in a nutshell. Anyone think they can do a good website? Please post. Also specify what price you would charge.
