ASP/SQL Website Improvement/Conversion of Existing Site - No Graphics Involved

A copier-parts and products site needs to be redone with a new graphics templates. The site is secured to only the client's customers (the client is a wholeseller and sells his products to stores).

The graphics template has already been created. The winning bid will have to perform 2 tasks: 1) Rewrite the pages with the new graphics template and 2) Change add some functionality. We can start this first bid with one functionality change and continue on in an hourly fashion if things work out. See below for the one functionality change.

Heavy experience in ASP and SQL Server is a must. I will have a small test for the potential winning bidder.

You can log in under the guest account with Copylite/Guest. Click on Catalog. A typical search you can perform is choose Canon and choose 200 as the model. This login doesn't show prices. This also has to do with the first functionality change. The client wants it so anyone can goto the site and view the catalog without having to login under the guest account. In this circumstance, the site will behave as if they logged on under the guest account (e.g. not show prices).

So in summary:

1) convert the whole site

2) small functionality change (for now).

I know it will be difficult to fully bid without seeing the entire site's functionality, and you will need a real login for that. I will hand these out separately to bids I think have the potential of winning the project. Western Hemisphere timezones are always preferred, and I am more likely to accept a bid from someone who is doing the programming him or herself, than from someone who is a project manager with a "team of programmers".
