I have an existing website and want to do an online form with 5 fields from an existing access database

Cust Name

Item

Desc

Lot

On Hand

and four field’s available for inline edit.

AccountedFor

Implanted

Missing

Comments

Also inline add.

Login permissions associate to the Rep Query

Login: REP Field - Password: Password Field

The user need to be able to print a user friendly version and can submit the form via email (word table format) to myself once completed. The form needs to be able to be saved and with long timeout.

I have a sample:

[url removed, login to view]

Login: 400825

Password: denver (no caps)

I have attached a sample mdb file and a sample of the the xl database that is linked. The excel database must be saved in path D:hostingelainvdb. The actual site has the excel spreadsheet that is linked to the access database and is uploaded to the site every two hours.

If it's easier to just use an excel spreadsheet this is fine.

Extra wish list:

In a perfect world if missing is selected from the inline edit the data would transfer to another form (sample attached [url removed, login to view])

Model field = Item from the Access database

Serial # = Lot number from the Access database

This form also can be submitted to me via email.

Hope this makes sense. Looking forward to a quick deployment as my novice attempt has been time consuming.
