Create a Playable DVD from MP4 videos w/ Menues

I'm looking for someone that can take the MP4 videos that I will give you and convert them to a playable DVD that will play on PC, Mac and traditional DVD/Blue-Ray players

. I will give you dozens of videos ranging from 3 to 10 minutes long each. In total we will have 7-8 cds

You will be responsible for

#1- Placing them on a "AutoRun" CD (autorun is VERY important, I want my users to simply be able to place the cds in their drive and the menu comes up automatically.

#2- With professional looking menus / start up screens that include our company logo (we will give you the image) and text

#3- If possible on your end, I want the start up menus to be placed inside of a Kindle Fire image, see this image for reference:

#4 Once you come to the end of a chapter the next one should start automatically as well.

#5- The videos should play on both PC and Mac computers

#6- I don't want a date to appear anywhere on the CDs, nor the start up screens or menus

#7- I will need you to ship the master set of CDs to me by overnight express mail so I can have my fulfillment house duplicate them
