We are looking for a half page infographic to use in our writer handbook (PDF). Here is the information and the wording :)

The Impact of Your Position in the CEM Pipeline

The purpose of the infographic is to highlight CEM's turnaround rate of 2-3 business days, and stress how one hiccup can cause a backup and late delivery.

Every team member needs to do their part in order for our process to flow correctly. We believe in flexibility at CEM. We don't care if you work at 3am or 3pm, but our clients choose us because we have a super efficient turnaround process.

From the time a client orders to the time we deliver the project, it's only 2-3 business days. During the first day, Client Success Agents (CSAs) work closely with clients (and potential clients) to earn their trust, showing samples and highlighting our talents as writers and editors. Once a client orders, the CSA forwards the project details to the Project Manager (PM). The PM assigns the writing on day two, and the edit/proof happens on day three.

Day 3: Editing and proofing occur before delivery

What can cause a kink in the pipeline?

-A writer doesn't ask for clarification in the writing phase, overlooks an important spec, or submits low-quality writing. The editor then must rewrite content in the editing phase, spend extra time fixing mistakes, or return the project to the writer to fix. The editor is unable to meet their expected WPH rate of at least 3000, and the project is delayed up to an entire day.

-The writer misses a deadline, which leaves less time for editing and proofing.

-An editor doesn't catch a large error in the editing phase, and then passes the faulty content along the proofer. We lose hours as the project is passed to another team member to fix or the proofer fixes it. A proofer can't meet their expected WPH rate of 4000.

If we all do our part as required, we can deliver high-quality projects to our clients within the required 2-3 business days -- but one kink in the pipeline can cause a late delivery.
