I am looking for a freelancer to create an A5 ad for newspaper, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms. The main purpose of the advertisement is to promote a product or service. I prefer a style that is informative and straightforward, focusing on clearly conveying the benefits of the product or service. I will provide all necessary content for the ad.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Graphic design expertise to create visually appealing and p
- Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate provided content into the design
- Attention to detail to ensure the ad meets the specifications for A5 size and platform requirementsrofessional ad designs
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey the product/service benefits in a concise manner
- Familiarity with advertising best practices for different platforms (newspaper, Facebook, LinkedIn) to optimize the ad's effectiveness

The add should have the following text:

Hi Guys please don't use the photo of Dalys twice in your design. Houses as part oof the design are good but they should be stock images that reflect Australia not American style homes .

Hi Guys- please note the document must be compatible with being black and white due to news paper. Any images used should be more rural or regional / suburban business focus as this is where the advertising will be aimed at.
