Kreate with Kelli Logo #3 Revised per Client
I recolored the dots on the palette per your instructions and put the line, "We Bring the Party to YOU!" just below the paint brush in simple text. I could try another text, but don't want another display font to upstage the "Kreate with Kelli" font. I like the colors you suggested as well.
