For the form there wasn't any mention about fields so I have put some generic fields. I am aware that the internal pages are also part of the project, hence they will be rightfully delivered after final allotment. The website will be completed according to your requirements. At the beginning of your site there is a custom animated preloader (Icon from the logo), which for some how does not show in my server(while perfectly working in local). It looks cool and you should definitely see it. I am working on the issue.
