I am looking for a talented freelancer to create a modern landscape idea-board/contest design for my entire property. As I am open to suggestions, I need someone with a creative and innovative mindset to come up with unique design ideas. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in landscape architecture, graphic design, and project management.

The size of the property in the pictures is 12meters X 33 meters long

The pictures are a mere guide but all the buildings should be demolished unless there is a real requirement to keep them

  The last picture was me " thinking out aloud" Maybe as an option we can have the bar / counter in the center and the around we could have shade sails with seating for example something along those lines I shall put a few of my ideas across also in picture format

  I have added to the list of uploads an aerial view of the location
  
  It’s 33m X 12M there are other facilities on the premises
  
  But what we want to do is to create an outdoor cocktail bar area and maybe a Barbeque point with maybe shade sails and sitting areas
  
  I shall try and sketch what I have in mind and upload
  
  The idea is to get the best set or swatches or idea board before actually engaging for detailed sketches
