Σύνοψη Διαγωνισμού

My organization is a large and successful esports team that manages content creators and players.

I want to gamify the entire company by introducing prestiges (time spent with the company), ranks (based on collected xp) as well as main and side quests that employees can choose to participate in to collect points and rank up.

Just like a game, all the levels are mapped out in advance, and it’s not bound by anytime, each player can finish as many levels as he can.

I want to encourage initiatives and engagement from my employees.

And i want to introduce a leaderboard where the sales team and the content creators compete by collecting points and trying to be at the top of the leaderboard for a chance to win a cash prize.

I’m looking for someone who can help me design this idea, and implement it in the shape of a mobile app.
