Hello,

We require proposal templates for our established engineering firm.

To date, our proposal documents have been submitted on letterhead, which I find repetitive and somewhat boring.

We'd like to keep our letterhead and logo - but have some different kind of graphic design for 10 section proposal template.

There is no content required, simply design and formatting that we can add content into as needed.

The successful proponent will be direct awarded a similar hourlie for technical report formatting and other doc design work.

Typical proposals include:
1. Executive Summary (word)
2. Table of Contents (word)
3..Corporate History (word)
4. Technical Submission (word)
5. Financial Submission (excel)
6. Appendices (word)

All submissions ought to be in complete bound PDF to be considered. Any one - pagers will be rejected.

Final deliverables will be separate formatted, complete WORD/ EXCEL files, although other formats might be considered

We will award on Tuesday April 11at 0800 PST, and expect a quick handover to meet a deadline. If successful proponent is unavailable for whatever reason, contest will be awarded to next favored submission until handover is complete. Very tight deadline to meet.

Ideally, we want 6 'different' formatted pages for each section, ideally utilizing our logo colors I think, but feel free to consider other color schemes.

It shouldn't be too busy or distracting, muted tones are preferred, and really REALLY needs to reflect 'Professional' and 'Quality' attributes.

EDIT - April 9 1014 PST I feel too many feel constrained by logo and color scheme. Be creative! If you have 3 or more stars your concept shows promise.

EACH SEPARATE PAGE SHOULD BE SIMILAR BUT NOT IDENTICAL. The theme should flow through the entire 6 pages in an attractive and aesthetically pleasing way.

  I've changed my mind on that. It's basically our logo with background light green shaded abstract objects in watermark/background. The comment was based on multiple submissions of what appeared to be letterhead entries. If a designer chose to submit a letterhead in addition to deliverables it would be favorably received.

  The indesign (indd) files are the adobe indesign software files used for making brochures, proposal documents, flyers etc.
