  The preferance is now red snapper as the fish. Adding in a sun could help the burnt bean idea. As you may know Pinto Quemado is the correct spelling. And adding in Playa Grande, Costa Rica is a must.

  Great idea. We would like the steak as a Tbone more prominant. Maybe tilted down Tbone on a fork. We also need to add Playa Grande, Costa Rica at the bottom. And change the hat to traditional Guanacaste hat as in bean 12 and 13 photos.
