Hello,
Welcome to World of Mists Fan Art Contest 2nd edition. We are looking for talented illustrators to expand the variety of our original concept "THORAK WILDTUSK" in the Kickstarter project World of Mists Pathfinder Setting.

World of Mists is a high quality tabletop role playing game setting project created by WoM V Studio LTD, based in UK.

If you are a talented illustrator that is interested to our project, send a sample of your skill using a Thorak Wildtusk character from World of Mists. It will be a useful way to consider your business proposal for future work (full payed). Send also your rate for future work.

NOTE: Keeping our core design is very important. The contest is not targeted to artists that want invent a new character. The goal of this contest is to create new combinations of war paint, hair styles, new accessories, and so on, but keeping our original Thorak character.

Thorak Wildtusk main features:

- Their appearance is a mix between:
Human features of Native Americans (60%), Orcs (20%), Feline (20%)
- Red Skin
- their ears are articulated like those of felines and change according to the emotions
- Saber tooth
- Their culture is taken from Native Americans

What we discarded from our stylistic choices:
- pants
- Feather headdress
- shoes

what we expect to see changed:
- hairstyles
- accessories
- weapons
- shields
- Pieces of armor / dress

The judges give points based on:

- Fidelity of the Character: (1-5 point)
- Image composition: (1-5 point)
- Skill &Technique: (1-5 point)
- New combination of native Indian: item, hair style, war paint, accessories, weapons. (1-5 point)

Character Concept Format (side A, Side B, plus 2+ style variations) : 1 point extra
Concept with Color: 1 point extra
Public Vote: 1 point extra

    Hi! This was definitely an exiting and fun competition! Thank you for the rating and making the Top 8 list! But I will like to know what would happen or if anything will happen with the artist and the images that you chose for the top list. Are you guys interested in follow up or keep working with the artist that made such good illustrations, or anything else? Just curious. I really think that it was a lot of talent here!!
