You can offer small Amazon gift cards for one lucky winner every day. I had an android application where I used the same idea and it drastically increased the number of signed up users. Also, you can make your website filled with more graphics in the beginning rather than text(see the image). It doesn't look that interesting. I also don't see a direct link for sign up on the top of your website. Add that ASAP. I can give more ideas as I have experience of all this. I'm new here and in need of an opportunity.
