RentalSaaS is a cloud-based solution booking and business management solution, that integrates with online accounting packages such as MYOB-online, Xero, QBO.
RentalSaaS is a new software startup which is working out of Brisbane (Australia) River City Labs – aka Shark Tank. The software is now a launch stage after trialling a MVP (minimum viable product) for over 12 months.
RentalSaaS is specifically targeted at the general hire and rental market and when integrated into a rental business will save at least 6-8 hrs of paperwork every week.
We are able to help many rental businesses literally run their business from a laptop.
RentalSaaS eliminates duplication of paperwork so rental agreements, T&C’s, manuals, OH&S requirements, installation instructions and other vital information is stored within RentalSaaS’s industrial strength cloud environment.
Important reports are also available to help the rental business owner to have complete transparency over their business.
Currently RentalSaaS is available worldwide and is used in all hire and rental companies such as:
• Equipment hire (heavy) – construction and mining. Skips, bins, fencing, crane, scissor lifts etc
• Equipment hire (light) – saws, grinders, concreting equip, toilets etc
• Mobility – aged care and medical equipment
• Baby – car seats, monitors, special equipment
• IT – computers, phones, printers, technical equipment
• Pleasure craft – bikes, scooters, skidoo, jetski etc
• Event – marquees, wedding, banquets etc
• AV hire – AV / DJ equipment, Camera, video, stage and lighting equipment. etc
Note: We do NOT provide solutions for - Car hire, or video hire

Challenges with current name:
The current name is Rental (rental market) - SaaS (SaaS – Software as a service). While this is technically appropriate, the general market does not have the technical savvy to get-it!.
Difficult to spell as it needs to been explained. Not easy to say, because it doesn’t make sense.

New name - Criteria
• We are looking for a name that captured the imagination of our clients and provides a new brand that is – cool!
• We need to be able to register a domain name that is recognisable for the new name and brand.
• The name needs to be simple and logical
• As a logo design will follow, we need an name that is easy to brand and recognise.
• Our vision is -
By aligning the needs of our product delivery, we will provide software tools that will allow our customers to simplify and streamline their rental businesses, to give them more time for the important things’,
