Thank you. ********Below is my experience from my latest company. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Work at : Gap Inc - handle OLD NAVY brand Position: Senior Sourcing Merchandiser - from design concept till booking/DPOcreation. Job description:  Allocate vendor/projection for SEA/SA/CA accordinly as sourcing strategy. Manage development process of South East Asisa vendors .  Own calendar to meet key milestones with all the development phases.  A bridge between US team & South East Asia vendors. Own development meetings with US PD during development period time.  Responsible for costing/capacity/delivery & arrange plan to migrate units toSouth East Asisa vendor once India vendor/Bangladesh has capacity issue.  Follow up projects related to costing: MOU fabric, MOU garment, Fast/upside/cut down units/push out indc,…  Manage loading units. Control & looking for a plan to utilize the liability.  Own whole of the product development process to ensure all projects are completed on time & meet target AUC cost, delivery as well as all kinds of development samples .  Develop fabric, analyze with vendor, mill, MMT, fabric techinical, PI toheadsup any issue regaring to construction/risky quality/cost option to US PD.  Own bookings/flagged MCQ/MOQ & manage PO creation with US productionteam.  Work with cross functional team VN/HK/India/US if needed.  Release BOM/Tech pack thru system to vendor.
