First deliverable from Sophone1 was not correct, and could be written off as a mistakenly attached file. When Sophone1 was notified of the error, he sent a replacement. When notified with evidence the replacement deliverable produced errors, Sophone1 cancelled the milestone promptly and wrote: "Ah, sorry for that, I think I cannot continue since I have other workload." When I asked for proof the deliverable worked as intended and as Sophone1 wrote to me it did, he replied with "yes, sorry I have erased the build environment" and soon thereafter no longer answered questions. Sophone1 was able to successfully get the easy part of the project completed. When it went beyond a cursory Google search and came to any sort of problem solving, Sophone1 hastily abandoned the project. His communication skills were good, but his professionalism when things didn't work as intended was poor.
