Peter did an excellent job on this project overall however there was one big disagreement. Since 4 is the highest rating that a worker that doesn't do what is asked can receive I'm giving a 4. Specifically the project stated that "***There is no direct access to the server so all testing will need to be you give me the file and I upload it so you can check it :(" My understanding and intent of this was that the worker gives me a ready to use file and I upload it to the server to test. All the files that Peter sent were not usable as he stripped vital information from them and throughout the project I had to merge his changes with the original files.
