As an Senior Account & Finance Executive/Manager my role was to: Accounts Management - Manage Multiple Currency Sales and Purchase Invoices - Manage Multiple Inventory Items - Manage all Multiple Currency Transactions and Identify/Record any Exchange Gain/Loss - Manage Multiple Currency Accounts Payable and Receivables - Liaise with Banks for Incoming/Outgoing Multiple currency Incomes & Payments - Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements in a Single Home Currency statements. - Preparation of Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Financial Statements - To review and monitor work of junior accountants Financial Management - To Advise the company on Multiple Currency management - To Advise the company on Import Loans against Exports Turnover - To Manage surplus funds of the company, invest surplus funds in Bank Deposits, Short Term Debt Funds, Mutual Funds and Liquid Funds. - To Manage various Loan Accounts and Bank Credits for export of goods.
