Sri Lanka is a basin for the Bay of Bengal and experiencing many climatic changes in the recent history. In 2020, Sri Lanka had the threats from cyclone effects which was originated in the Bay of Bengal. This research will investigate the massive wind effect on Sri Lanka in past, present and future. The Port City (CIFC) is a proposed project which is to be completed by the year 2041. 20-year project will raise many skyscrapers and high rise building to dominate the economy of the country.
