Graphical user interfaces for numerical calculations
Presentation of the Bachelor Thesis work. It is a resume of a four-months internship at C.E.R.N. (Geneva) in the mechanical engineering group. The work consisted in the development of graphical interfaces in Visual Basic .Net for the importation of data from one platform (Fluka) to another (ANSYS). The two platforms are used at C.E.R.N. in order to simulate the interaction between the particle beam circulating in LHC ring and the several components of LHC itself.
