Looking for someone fluent in English who is available to work full time as our live chat representative. We have multiple properties listed on Airbnb and similar sites, and need a representative to answer messages from our guests every day. Great communication skills, independent thinking, and collaboration are key traits we seek. If successful, this could be a longterm job for you within our company. The representative must: [REMOVED BY FREELANCER.COM ADMIN - PLEASE SEE SECTION 13 OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS] Respond to all messages within one hour Send preformulated messages at correct times for all reservations Answer all frequently asked questions correctly Forward any unique questions to the team for advisement Payment: $200 fixed monthly payment, PLUS $0.10 per message sent Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm & $0.20 per message sent after 5pm or on Saturday and Sunday. TO APPLY, PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS: 1. Please draft a response & next steps you would take after receiving the following message: “Hi. No coffee mugs to be found anywhere. To start, I do have customer service experience, but my experience is not with property. However, I am willing to learn! So, if my responses are sub-par, knowing examples of preferred responses will help. 1. Hello! I understand that the lack of coffee mugs can be inconvenient (I am an advent coffee drinker myself), so I will certainly have someone bring some by tomorrow! And, I will put in a notice with our maintenance to have a look at that thermostat for you to ensure everything is working properly. Is there anything else I can do for you today? 2. Hello! It is very unfortunate the light bulb in the shower is out. Certainly, we don't want you to shower in the dark! I will have someone out with a replacement as soon as possible! Hello. I can most definitely bring you by some coffee mugs tomorrow. I could even give you a call before I am headed over if that would be more convenient for you. I am unsure what is wrong with the thermostat, I can set up an appointment with an HVAC company for them to come check it out at there earliest convenience. Please let me know what date and tiome would be most flexible for you. I'm sure I can have the maintenance guy come out to get that light bulb replaced for you as soon as he becomes available.
