Wordpress Video Player With Actions

I'm looking to have a custom video player that is a wordpress plugin. This video player should pull in videos from youtube. This video player should be html5 and work on all browsers and mobile devices. The player should display "action buttons" on the video screen based on the timeline of the video. For example, If I want to show 1 or 3 buttons that are clickable on the video screen at 10 minutes into the video they will show. When they show, the video should pause so the users can choose which button they want to click on. When the viewer clicks on button 1 the video reloads to the next video in the cue (ex: video 2). If the person clicks on button 2 the video reloads and shows video 3. If the viewer clicks on button 3 the video reloads to video 4, etc. You would setup the video logic cue in the backend of the wordpress plugin. You should be able to create has many buttons on the screen that you want. Each button should link to a video that you select from the video logic que. OR, the user can put in an html link. When the video reloads to the next video, the browser should NOT refresh. It should be seamless to the viewer so they have a personalized custom experience watching the video. By having the viewer click different buttons they will have their own customize video experience. The plugin should look very clean and profession for the user interface. The player options should be able to hide all the You Tube stuff. Should be able to control auto-play and the play bar. The user should be able to setup the look and feel of the video player. Load has many you tube videos as they like. Create their complete video path in the back office. Create and set time when buttons should show on screen.
