Membership website on wordpress -- 2

I have a half built membership website on wordpress. It seems that the previous freelancer that I had working on it was unable to finish the task, perhaps they are not knowledgeable enough. These are the points that need to be fixed. Please read carefully, and bid with cost + timeline + any needed plugins. Thank you. -Site is built using Wordpress, Elementor Pro + Ultimate Membership Pro -Members are already added to site, but need to make sure that page title for members is "Member Name | Site name" . currently all the members are named "single user" in the page title for some reason - member login and lost password function is not working - One level of member must be able to write on blog - site is mainly responsive, but need to go over to make sure each page is responsive. - blog posts are written by current members. when you click on the "author" it should go to that member's profile - fix layout of individual blog posts - fix layout of blog category pages - fix layout of events page (i have design in PSD) - there are events on the website. users should be able register for event online. some are free and some are paid, so if its paid event, need payment via paypal. members should be able to get member rates if they register with the same email as their user (if you need extra plugin for events, please LET ME KNOW before we start.) - integration of mail client (this is just basic integration so people can subscribe to the blog, and thereafter will get emailed anytime something new is posted) - upon completion, should be migrated to new domain.
