Landing Page for collecting data in CRM

Hi, I need a consultant to help me with setting up an email-marketing landing page (sales funnel) which should work like that: 1. the landing page will be hosted on a wordpress site, as a sub-page 2. the landing page will be promoted with an email-marketing campaign, to a clearly defined set of recipients (using [login to view URL] application) 3. the landing page will have a form with 3 questions and submit button 4. must have dynamic content capability (merge fields) 5. which means that the headline will be personalized with individual names for every recipient receiving email • the email body will have a link to the landing page • each link will be personalized with the ID number of every recipient • a database with the IDs, first names and last names will be hosted on the website • when a specific recipient clicks the link (which contains his own ID), the landing page will recognize him and will personalize the headline with his/her name 6. the landing page will be connected to the CRM and/or the email-marketing application • when a specific recipient clicks the link, his/her record in the CRM will be marked as "visited" • if the recipient fill the answers in the form and clicks submit button, his/her record in the CRM will be filled too with the answers I prefer to configure this system using available cloud apps/ plugins (Bitrix24, Thrivethemes, Zoho etc). I expect: - clear recommendations on which applications and plugins to use to do what i need, - consultancy on how to "stitch" them together, to obtain the most elegant and cheapest solution, - the actual work of configuring them.
