From our clients, we need several forms and documents.
We need a platform where the client can log in and see what has been done and what is missing. (Example of display on the attached files)
The client should be able to edit what he has already upload/fill up.
We usually ask them to fill up 1 to 3 forms with name, address, email, photo uploading, ID uploading, Date of birth, preferences....
According to their profile, we can have just one form combining the info we need to have them so we don't repeat Name/DOB/Email 3 times in the 3 forms.
We ask them to attach a video.
We ask them to join an FB group (A box to tick confirming it is done by them or us).
We ask them to join a Whatsapp group ... (A box to tick confirming it is done by them or us).
The user log in and reaches the dashboard.
Click on a page/tab, let's say "Check List"
Then he sees what is left
What he has already done...
And when all is done, all the list is green.
Missing parts in Red.
What is not completed/correct in Orange.
We need to be able to export the data in XLS.
And able to export in a PDF the data we need. (For example the ability to import just the name, DOB, preference and the photo to be displayed in the PDF and not just an URL link...).
We use Wordpress and this can be integrated in WP.
- Each required form/Info/file, we need to mention a due date. (The due date should be automatic, for example, if we set up the date of the project as 01 Jan 2019, each file/form/info will display automaticaly the due date according to the project date. Like File to be uploaded -60 days from departure, Form: "Already due", Passport: -45 days... We can clarify the deadlines with the awardee.
