We require a desktop app that will automatically monitor a folder and print files as they come into it. For example, monitor folder "C:/files/print me". Whenever a new file appears in this folder, it will automatically print. Require a simple interface to configure settings. Please see attached full brief.

I have already built the apps that can do everything that you have requested - tracking changes in the folder (for my personal file manager app File Cards on Windows and macOS), automatic printing on some event with picking the printer (for the project on this site). On Windows I'll provide the solution in C# / Visual Studio, on macOS I can provide both in C# / Xamarin or swift / Xcode.
