Need an installer created for installation of executable software application and support files onto Windows 7, 8. 10 OS computer. Experience with InstallShield or similar product to create the installer is required. Would like to have a thin-installer (small size) downloaded to computer to kickoff installation in order to improve performance. If possible, would like to have the installer fetch the list of directories, files, and registry entries to install from server through a secure web-service to allow for update of the application and additional support files on server. Open to input from developer on what is possible and how to best accomplish requirements.
