Hello, I have developed quite a similar and really sophisticated; plug-in based; custom load balanced; client server system, where clients were the agent (windows services) installed on Windows devices that need to be monitored and the data was locally stored and subsequently sent to the Server in a secured way using ASP .NET Signal R.
