Need desktop application that turns websites into Mobile Apps for iphone and Android

I need to have a desktop application created that will turn a website into a mobile app. There is a website currently that turns a website into an android app but it also places an ad into your app. ( [login to view URL] ). I dont want any ads in my application and I want this to create an app for the iphone as well and if possible blackberry too. Here is a website that allows users to create icons, [login to view URL] I would like my application to create icons as well. I basically want this desktop application to do exactly what [login to view URL] does except also create an app for iphone and possibly blackberry. I want a simple desktop application that I can start, create a title, enter a url, add an image for an icon and click a button and have it provide 2 files ready to be uploaded to the marketplaces. One being the iphone app and 1 being the android app. Each app would also include the new icon as well. The way the app would work would be that when installed the user would have the icon for the app on their phone. When clicked the app would open and display the content just like it was viewing the website. However, the app needs to rebuild the content every time it is launched in case the website was updated since the last time the app was used. Application must run on Windows 98, vista and windows 7 ( and be upgradable as needed ). If possible, the application should also work on a Mac. I need the developer to be available after creation for possible tweaks and upgrades. NOTE: I would like some sort of protection included into this software as well to prevent sharing. Perhaps allow software to be installed on 2 computers and no more. Also the mobile Apps that are generated need to be good enough quality to be accepted into the marketplaces ( iphone and android )
