I am looking to hire a company with prior experience in designing/developing a fully functional vacation rental listing website, where vacation rental property owners and agents can list/manage/market their properties for a fee. Very high level functionality for the vacation rental website includes: Clean, Colorful, Custom Design Intuitive Search Capabilities (Enter Location, Check-in/Check-out, Amounts, etc.) Property Owner/Property Management Listings Are User Controlled User Direct to Owner/Manager Contact Forms Multi-Level Listing Service Options (ie Basic is Free, Premium at Price) Property Calendars – What Dates the Property is Available and Not View Target Location Listings by List, Picture, Map Property Listing Ids Detailed Search Filter Options - Property Type, Location, etc. Property Renters Reviews and Ratings User Owner Controlled Property Descriptions One-Time or Monthly Online Billing Options/Capabilities Secure Payment Options Listings Include Pictures, Videos, Descriptions, Booking Calendars, etc. SEO, Social Networking, etc. Marketing Requirements Website Future Expansion into Annual Rental Market At this point, I am only interested in companies/developers that have designed and/or developed a vacation rental website, which is in production today. Also, because of SEO concerns, I do not want an off the shelf script solution.
