I need to have my software (C# code) controlled through the internet, preferably through a MySQL Database. I need someone to setup a MySQL database for me online (let me know if you know of any free MySQL database servers). Then please provide me a code in C# that would check the MySQL database and find a customer's name on the database. It should then check to see how many times that customer is authorized to use the software. If the customer is authorized to use the software then the software should decrease the usage value by 1 for the customer on the MySQL database and allow the software to be used. If the customer is not authorized to use the software (or usage left on the database is zero) then the software should say "You are not authorized to use the software" and software should stop. I plan on sending my software to many different customers, so it should be able to check usage authorization for different customers. I will then use your C# code to add my own code for my software functions.

Hi, I can give you mySQL DB with C#, which will check if the user can use it or not, as per your calculations. but from what the calculation should start? i mean from what default value?
