Refresh corporate web site for software/professional services company

We are a software company servicing the media and entertainment market. We make an ERP accounting and billing system.
I want to refresh our web site site and I am thinking of using a template for this (Template Monster Number 1973). We are re-writing some of the text, but most of it will remain the same as what we have today. But the design needs to be changed and updated. Also, the graphic elements we have are pretty common and I need to get some new/different images to dress up the site.
I actually have two simulataneous needs: 1. A new web site as described above 2. A version of the new site that will be pressed onto a business card CDROM for give-away at a major trade show.
Timing is immediate.
