Note that our business is a design-oriented business, hence very very particular attention to detail is required - You need to be a perfectionist to be a suitable candidate for this project. Rakumba released our website last year - [login to view URL] - written in Wordpress. The current site's performance is very poor because it is image-rich and has not been written in an efficient manner. Whilst the current site has eCommerce functionality, it has not been activated. We have taken the decision to move to Squarespace and now require our website to be moved across to Squarespace. We already have the design work completed which includes some changes to the home page and other pages as well as eCommerce pages (for restricted access for our wholesale customers) and the smartphone and Tablet version layouts are ready to implement. We also require the new site to be optimised for search engines. Please review our existing website and in your proposal: * Indicate the process you will follow, and what our involvement in this process will be, including any information you will need from us, what steps we will be involved in and when, and the key delivery dates * Provide a high level project plan showing key design and development milestones. * Present examples of Squarespace websites you consider to be excellent and which you have developed * Identify all expenses we will incur during the design, development and implementation - including your fee and any other expenses * Outline what support you will provide for our website after implementation, what support costs are involved and the key SLA associated with your support offering Skills required: Squarespace SEO
